My entire life I’ve been an active person.Always looking for new ways to motivate myself and others, it’s no surprise to my friends and family that I’ve ended up here.It’s been a dream of mine for many years to train athletes and individuals in achieving their goals on and off the field. I am even more excited to do it with my husband and 3 daughters.

·Certified strength and conditioning specialist (C.S.C.S.) since 2000
·Certified in Adult CPR and AED from Dean/St. Mary’s Health Works
·Certified in Level I Functional Martial Arts Muay Thai Kickboxing
·Continued Education Training: Pre-Natal/Pregnancy/Post-Natal and Pelvic Core Dysfunctions- more specifically the demands of pregnancy

When I’m not training athletes or training individuals, you can find me playing soccer, spending time with my husband, 4 daughters, and working on my 8 Miles for Water Ministry. I also enjoy going to Bible Study and Church and being in the Word of God.

Mara and I have been looking forward to opening L.I.F.Training Health & Athletic Fitness Club since shortly after we met in 1998.We both knew almost right away that our professional goals were a match: training and independently helping athletes attain their goals, no matter what age or fitness level. ·Since 1996, I have independently been teaching young athletes in several different aspects of performance training. · I have trained athletes in almost all sports. ·Intern/assistant UW Strength and conditioning coach 1999-2000 ·Former football player for the Wisconsin Badgers ·Member of the 1998 Big Ten Champion & 1999 Rose Bowl Champion Wisconsin Football team

When I’m not in trainings with various teams or individuals, I enjoy spending time with my beautiful wife and 4 daughters. Also I enjoy working on our 8 Miles for Water Ministry to serve those in need and glorifying God.

I received my degree in Kinesiology-Exercise Science from UW-Madison where I also played soccer for the Badgers. After a brief stint playing professional soccer I worked as a volunteer strength and conditioning coach for the Badger Men's and Women's Soccer teams, Men's Tennis team, and Women's Crew. In addition to LIFT, I have coached for the Madison 56ers Soccer Club since 2009. I was also the boys Varsity Soccer coach at Verona Area High School from 2005-2007.
As a former collegiate and professional athlete I know what it takes to work hard and smart to reach your goals. I look forward to helping you reach your athletic potential and fitness goals.Experienced in Pre-Habilitation and Post Re-Habilitation Training.
