Train on Tuesdays or Thursdays or BOTH

Dates/Day: Tuesdays January 8 to March 5                                                                                                        Thursdays January 10 to March 7

Time: 6pm to 6:45pm Boys and Girls U11 and Under (8 to 11 years old)                                    6:45pm to 7:30pm Boys and Girls U12, 13, 14  (11 to 14 years old)                                               7:30pm to 8:15pm High School Girls                                                               8:15pm to 9pm High School Boys

Cost: $174 one time per week, Early Bird price $144 (signed up by December 1) $299 both times per week, Early Bird price $269 (signed up by December 1)

FOCUS AREAS: Let us help enhance your athletic performance and make it less likely to get injured. We are offering 45 minutes sessions this winter.  We will be focusing on injury resistance: balance, flexibility, core work, cutting and landing. Improve athletic performance: speed (starting and stopping), power, change of direction, footwork, strength and core work.

  LIFTraining, LLC reserves the right to cancel
(with full refund) if minimum enrollment is NOT met. Also, understand that there will be no refund or make up day(s) for unattended sessions. Consistent Training contributes to success.
 

 
 

What is sports performance training?

Training designed specifically to enhance performance in competition to make an athlete more successful in their chosen sport and reduce the potential for injury.

Is it safe or is my child to young to performance train?

It is important to expose kids to a variety of developmentally appropriate activities early in life to reduce the risk of sport related injuries and improve health and physical fitness. Training helps master fundamental motor skills, improve movement mechanics and gain confidence with proper progression, variety and recovery intervals.
