Summer Group information below. We also offer individual or small group training.

Dates: 8 weeks: Week of June 12 to Week of July 31 (NO TRAINING JULY 3 OR 4)

- Last session is August 3.

Days: Every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday Time: 8am to 9am (with a 1/2 hour after 9-9:30am free time on outdoor turf)

Location: Keva Sports Center (8312 Forsythia St. Middleton, WI 53562) Outdoors mostly (inside only if poor weather)

Cost: 24 sessions $365, 20 sessions $330, 16 sessions $290, 12 sessions $250, 8 sessions $195

FOCUS AREAS: Most of the time the group will be 1/3 each of Strength, Performance, and Performance Training with sport specific skills. Strength includes a lot of core work and functional strength that will carry over onto the field. Performance involves speed, footwork, agility balance, flexibility and coordination. Performance with sport specific incorporates performance training with soccer skill work.
